Game target: | Each player plants beans in 2 or 3 fields and tries to sell them as profitable as possible. When selling beans, a plyer earns more gold for more beans in the same variety. The goal of the game is to earn the most gold planting, harvesting and selling beans. Without careful planning, players may be forced to harvest and sell their beans before they are ready and at a lower price then they hoped. In fact, sometimes a harvest brings no gold at all. |

Strategy: | Trading is the main keyword. Get the right beans cheap and sell the wrong beans as expensive as possible! |
Comments: | Designer is Uwe Rosenberg. Edition from 2000. Easy to learn and both funny and tricky to play. Everyone loves it, not least fot the lovely drawed beans on the cards. The peace making Soy Bean is my favourite. But the hyperactive Coffe Bean, the embarassed Red Bean, the ugly Stink Bean (you can feel how he stinks) plus all the others are just great! Thanks to the graphics designer Björn Pertoft. Playing with 2 persons makes the game very different and not as fun as with more players. |
