16  counters in 4 different colours and 4 different appearances (long, short, slim and fat) 
  1  black ambassador 
  1  disguised courier with 10 coloured plastic balls (used for movements) 
  4  passports (with all different task combinations) 
  4  envelopes 
48  cards (4 set in colour and 1 in black and white). Each set contains: 
        4 identity cards (F and B, X and Z) 
        4 disguise cards (long, short, slim and fat) 
      The black and white set also contains: 
        4 secret mission cards (Alpha, Beta, Charlie and Delta) 
        1 start card 
        3 blank cards (reserve, not used in the game)
Game target: To uncover who is your partner of the other 3 players and bring together your secret mission cards to successfully complete your mission.

Strategy: When you have found out who your partner is, then show him some of your "real" cards next time he want to control you. It's important to make notes about which cards you have shown and to whom.
Comments: Invented 1989 by Alex Randolph and Leo Colovini. 
One of my favorite games! 

Although it feels a bit to strained and unbalanced with 3 players. 
The colour of the balls in the courier are:  3 white, 2 blue, 2 red, 2 black and 1 yellow.
