Game target: The player with the most victory points is the winner. You get points from building parts of the cathedral and existing worker hut at the time of building it, and by gaining Privileges.

WINTER: Meeting of the nobles
1)  Kings's advisor plays an agenda card
2)  Other nobles may change the Agenda by discarding a Privilege
SPRING: Solve the Agenda to be the new King's advisor
1)  King's advisor bids or passes, other nobles bid or pass
2)  On passing, noble takes back the last group of cards bid
3)  Winner pays bid and becomes the new King's advisor
    a)  If the Agenda had a Privilege symbol, the King's Advisor selects a Privilege and gains Victory points.
    b) If the Agenda had a Cathedral symbol, the King's Advisor builds the next piece of the Cathedral and gains the following Victory Points (2/2/2/3/3/4), plus 1 Victory Åoint for each worker hut, which is then removed. When the sixth piece is built, the game ends.
SUMMER: Actions of the nobles
(King's Advisor first, then other nobles in clockwise order)
Perform the following actions in any order:
1)  Assign workers to the building of the Cathedral (hammer card)
2)  Build new farmsteads (barley card)
3)  Challenge opposition knights (shield card)
4)  Bribe opposition knights (cup card)
FALL: Income, the King's Bounty, and Tithes
1)  Income: Each Noble receives 1 resource card, plus resource cards for every 2 farmsteads (round down), plus 1 resource card for each Privilege (taken from the discard pile, if any)
2)  The King's Bounty: Nobles who received only 1 card may take half the cards from an opponent who has at least as many Victory Points as the noble. Opponent receives a Privilege.
3)  Tithes: Discard down to 10 resource cards, if necessary.

To balance the game, so the last round won't be too important for the game, it's better to use an alternate scoring:
- Victory Points for Cathedral is +1 (2, 2, 2, 3, 3, 4)
- 2 VP for each privilege, instead of one.

Fun strategy game with a good potential. A bit difficult to get into the card handling for the first game, but all seemed to like it.
